Jeff Duke

Jeff Duke is an accomplished management professional with over 25 years of progressive operations and management experience. More than that, he is a Christian, the son of a Baptist minister and an unabashed child of God. Jeff’s commitment to his faith and his responsibilities as a follower of Christ is the impetus for his involvement in Church Transformation.

As both a man of God and a talented management professional, Jeff is uniquely equipped to help churches generate and increase effective stewardship. He specializes in organizational development and problem solving, both in the US and Canada. Jeff began his career working for a tier 1 automotive supplier, through which he mastered the ability to adapt rapidly to changing business conditions and move forward with change through innovation, creativity and determination.

Jeff is trained and certified in strategic planning and continuous improvement processes, including six sigma, lean manufacturing and JIT. These processes are central to church transformation. Jeff exhibits proven strengths in strategic planning, process improvement, and operational efficiencies. His professional ambition led him to put his talents to work with Schneider Electric, working in several Square D and Federal Pioneer facilities throughout the United States and Canada. Jeff continues to use his experience and skills in his current role as a Profit Center Manager for Norton Door Controls, ASSA ABLOY.

A native of North Carolina, Jeff earned his Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina A&T State University and a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial Technology and Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.

The son of the late Reverend Joseph Duke, Jeff was raised with an abiding and unshakeable faith. Throughout his entire life, and in all he has accomplished, Jeff has always put God first. His strong Christian background is evident as he maintains an active role in the church, particularly in the area of budgeting and financial planning, as well as church leadership through the Deacon’s ministry. Jeff is married and the father of two children.
